Privacy Policy

Introduction
This policy explains how DenyCalls handles personal data when you use our app and this website.
Data we process
We process the permanent device code, the payment status of that device and technical data required to deliver the service. We do not collect your call history or contact list.
Call filtering
Call filtering happens locally on the device. Numbers that call you are not sent to our servers.
Payments
Payments follow two paths: directly in the Android app via Google Play Billing, or through this website to activate another person's device. The website never creates device codes. It only receives an existing code created by the app and links the payment to the right device. We receive confirmation that the device has an active subscription.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the service, and when legally required.
Retention
Data linked to a device code is kept as long as the device has an active subscription and for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
