What is DenyCalls?
DenyCalls is an Android call blocker based on trusted contacts. When protection is active, approved contacts can call and incoming numbers that are not approved can be blocked.
Does DenyCalls identify spam callers?
No. DenyCalls does not identify callers and does not use a global database of spam or scam numbers. It checks whether a number is approved on the device.
Does DenyCalls block every fraudulent call?
No call-blocking solution can guarantee that every unwanted or fraudulent call will be blocked. DenyCalls helps reduce exposure to unapproved callers by letting you control the approved list.
Is an account required?
DenyCalls does not use a conventional password login. Initial setup does require an email address to link the installation and support recovery of the app PIN.
Are contacts stored on servers?
No. The contact list and incoming phone numbers are processed locally on the Android device and are not stored on DenyCalls servers.
Is call history stored?
DenyCalls does not upload or store your call history on its servers.
Can another person pay for DenyCalls?
Google Play Billing handles purchases. For supported family purchases, a parent or family manager can review and approve a request through Google Family Link.
