DenyCalls Privacy Policy

Introduction
This policy describes information in the DenyCalls Android app v55 and on www.denycalls.com. No account, registration, email address, login, activation code, or app PIN is required.
Contacts and local call decisions
Calls are evaluated locally on the Android device. No crowd-sourced or global caller database is used, and no network request is required to decide whether an incoming call rings. Contacts and incoming numbers are not sent to DenyCalls servers. Android permissions are used for contact matching and call screening. If Android cannot confidently identify a contact, DenyCalls allows the call rather than risking a false block.
Local Pro history
Free does not include DenyCalls blocked-call history. Pro stores blocked-call history locally on the device for up to 30 days with a maximum of 500 entries. History is not uploaded to DenyCalls servers.
Free, Pro, and purchases
Free is permanently free. There is no trial and both versions are ad-free. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play. Google Play shows the current local price and terms and handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. DenyCalls does not handle card or bank details and offers no website activation or payment.
Website analytics
If you consent to analytics, www.denycalls.com uses Google Analytics to measure site usage, such as pages visited. Google Analytics does not load and no data is sent to Google before you actively accept analytics. It is not used for advertising, remarketing, or personalized ads. You can withdraw consent using Privacy choices in the footer.
First-party website measurement
The website also records download clicks and displayed language with page path, browser or referrer information, and timing. These website measurements are separate from local app call processing and contain no call history.
Retention and your rights
Pro history is retained only locally within the limits above. For personal data processed in connection with the website or support, you can request access, correction, or deletion at support@denycalls.com. Information legally required to be retained may be exempt. No device code is required to contact us.
Notifications and carriers
Hidden-number and carrier behavior can vary. DenyCalls does not control Android missed-call notifications or carrier SMS notifications.
