Acceptance

By installing or using DenyCalls you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Free and Pro

Free is permanently free and ad-free. With protection active, it blocks incoming callers not saved in the phone’s contacts, can explicitly block up to 5 saved contacts, and lets you turn protection on or off. Free does not include DenyCalls blocked-call history. Pro includes unlimited saved contacts, individual contacts and groups, exact date ranges and timed rules for multiple contacts, temporary controls, important exceptions, repeat-caller handling, and local blocked-call history retained for up to 30 days with a maximum of 500 entries.

No registration or trial

No account, registration, email address, login, activation code, or app PIN is required. No trial is offered. Free and Pro are ad-free.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play. Google Play shows the current local price and terms. Payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play’s current terms and applicable consumer law. Manage subscriptions in Google Play. The website offers no payment or activation. DenyCalls does not store card or bank details.

Local processing and history

Calls are evaluated locally on the Android device. No crowd-sourced or global caller database is used, and no network request is required to decide whether an incoming call rings. Free does not include DenyCalls blocked-call history. Pro stores blocked-call history locally on the device for up to 30 days with a maximum of 500 entries. History is not uploaded to DenyCalls servers.

Limitations and user responsibilities

If Android cannot confidently identify a contact, DenyCalls allows the call rather than risking a false block. Hidden-number and carrier behavior can vary. DenyCalls does not control Android missed-call notifications or carrier SMS notifications. DenyCalls offers no caller ID or spam/fraud detection and does not guarantee that every unwanted call is stopped. Users are responsible for reviewing saved contacts and rules and adjusting protection when new legitimate callers need to reach the phone. The service is provided as-is.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used for illegal purposes or in a way that harms the service or others.

Liability and applicable law

Users are responsible for choosing settings suited to their needs. These terms are governed by Swedish law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
